Return Policy
Greenbaum’s Quilted Forest is committed to total customer satisfaction. If for any reason you have a problem with your purchase please contact us within 30 days of receipt of shipment at our toll free line 1-877-700-2233 to discuss your concern. If the decision is to return your purchase you will be given a Return Authorization, and upon receipt of the merchandise with your proof of purchase a credit will be given to your charge card account. If you do not have a proof of purchase you will receive an inshop or online credit. If the return is due to defective merchandise or shipping error Greenbaum’s Quilted Forest will refund the return shipping costs.

Sales Tax
Oregon does not have a sales tax. The customer assumes the responsibility for paying any duties or sales taxes for the location that the merchandise is delivered.

Quiltropolis administers many online stores and as such encrypts all personal information, such as credit card data. SSL technology and encryption protects communications and prevents anyone from accessing data during the transfer process. These are internet security methods and technologies are also proven by use in many other e-commerce websites. To ensure your security we recommend using up to date browsers, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox. When you enter the secured area during the order process you will see a small closed lock at the bottom right of your browser screen. In addition to SSL, we use the secure and dependable AuthorizeNet processing agent to process all credit card transactions.

Greenbaum’s Quilted Forest accepts MasterCard, Discover, VISA, American Express, and money orders. We are sorry but we do not accept personal checks.

Shipping Information
Our goal is to process orders within 24 hours after receipt of that order. If we do not have a product in stock our policy is to contact you immediately and discuss the available options. If a product is on back order we will ship it separately. If we are notified by a supplier that the product ordered is no longer available, we reserve the right to cancel that order.

All domestic orders will be shipped by FEDEX or USPS, and should arrive in 7 to 10 business days.
*Note: Certain items due to size and weight may incur extraordinary shipping costs. On these items you will be emailed the actual shipping costs, and will be invoiced that amount with your approval. The shipping costs will be clearly marked on the item.

Canada and international orders are shipped through US Postal Service Global Priority Mail whenever possible. Your actual shipping costs will be emailed to you prior to shipping and your approval for accepting the shipping charges will be required. International orders may be subject to custom duties and taxes. Total cost of shipping will appear on the final invoice. |
